Manufacturers Create Police Car Concepts For 2025.

BMW designers sketched up E-Patrol, a Human-drone pursuit vehicle designed to tackle large volumes
 of traffic moving at high speed.


Crime fighters of the future will use drones to do their heavy lifting – if six highway patrol concept cars are anything to go by.

Design studios from major manufacturers sketched up six takes on police vehicles for 2025 ahead of the upcoming LA Auto Show.

The three-wheeled Traffic Crawler concept was inspired by Kawasaki police special bikes used on the small screen, but would use hydrogen power in place of the old Kwaka's four-cylinder donk.

There would be no room for police on the Subaru Highway Automated Response Concept, a drone designed to rule the roads without human input.

SHARC has no room for drivers, and was tailored for a fantasy highway network linking Hawaiian Islands.

General Motors artists penned the Volt Squad – a group of electric machines that work together to fight crime. The Squad included a fun-looking hovercraft that could help bring down evil-doers across the globe.
